My top priority for managing our Facebook and Instagram advertising is to grow our web-based customer base. We saw a net return of 5x by re-allocating our budget to support prospecting for a new audience with a healthy amount reserved for retargeting.
Paid Search
Never question the power of search intent. Using Google Ads, we saw a return of 3x of our investment. The campaigns were split to support branded, competitive, and non-branded search. The overarching goal here was to grow our web-based orders. 90 percent of these purchases were made through our web app.
